SHIPPING

Shipping time depends on your location. UK orders placed before 2pm will be delivered 2-3 business days, central Europe within 2-4 business days, and all other countries please allow up to 10 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND EXPORT VAT

Standard UK VAT rate is charged to all orders. This is included in the prices displayed on the site. For  countries outside the EU please note that may be liable to pay the country’s VAT as well as any relevant import duties. TheMe assumes no responsibility in those packages held in customs if those charges are not settled by the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept returns and issue a refund for one item per order, unless the item is faulty, as all items are printed on demand. Items to be returned must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition with all original tags attached. You must first contact info@cctvclothing.com. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
